Hi, my name is Alan Hicks, I have turned my passion for carp and course angling into a successful fishery business with 12 lakes to date! With years of experience under my belt for entrepreneurship, I decided to take the plunge and build my own fishery business. Today, my vision has become a reality and our exclusive lake hire and syndicate waters are popular destinations for anglers from all over the UK.
I am a family man with four wonderful kids and a loving wife, Lorraine – who’s actively involved with the running of the fisheries. When I’m not running the fisheries, you can often find me with my nose buried in a book, exploring the fascinating worlds of history and non-fiction.
My key to the secret of success is simple; love what you do and always be willing to learn and improve.
