Syndicate Lakes Across the Midlands
The Arrow Pit
Located in Alcester, Warwickshire, Arrow Pit is an 8.5-acre gravel pit stocked with 150 carp from 15lb to 38lb, including legendary named fish. With 13 unique swims featuring gravel bars, marginal shelves, and deep holes, every visit offers fresh challenges and chances. This site combines great angling with secure, well-maintained facilities.

BROOM BIG PIT
A 22-acre Staffordshire water, Broom Big Pit holds roughly 400 carp. Twelve well-spaced swims give anglers room to run long sessions in comfort, whether chasing numbers or big specimens. Modern facilities and fencing make it a place anglers return to again and again.

malvern view
At 1.7 acres, Malvern View is a clear, clay-dug pool with around 120 carp from mid-doubles up to 32lb. This smaller water offers close-contact fishing and stalking opportunities, perfect for anglers who enjoy a more personal approach. Despite its size, Malvern View regularly produces strong, hard-fighting fish.

Rosie's Retreat
Rosie’s Retreat offers a unique mix of 25–30 carp between 12lb and 25lb alongside 60 Wels catfish ranging from 20lb to 95lb. This dual-species water provides variety for anglers, with the chance of a steady carp run or a powerful battle with one of its huge catfish.

Saltby Lake
Near Melton Mowbray, Saltby Lake is a 5.5-acre venue with around 110 carp to 32lb. Its distinctive “egg box” weedy bottom makes it a technical water that rewards accuracy and persistence. Secure access and well-kept swims give anglers a fair chance to unlock this tricky but rewarding lake.

Willow Lake
When anglers ask where can I catch 40lb carp in the UK, the answer is Willow Lake. This 10-acre gravel pit holds 200 carp to 40lb. With 20 well-designed swims, rich silt beds, and mature margins, it offers the ultimate specimen challenge. A designated Site of Special Scientific Interest, Willow Lake observes a closed season from 15 March to 15 June each year.

HELGA'S CREEK
At 1.2 acres, Helga’s Creek may be small, but it’s stocked with around 90 carp up to an impressive 37lb. The water offers a mix of features that keep sessions interesting, with both margin spots and open water producing results. Its manageable size makes it a great venue for anglers who enjoy observation and fine-tuned tactics. Despite its intimacy, Helga’s Creek has a reputation for producing specimen fish that punch well above the venue’s scale.

Lol’s Lagoon spans 1.3 acres and reaches depths of up to 18ft, creating a very different challenge within the Leigh Sinton complex. With around 90 carp to 35lb, the depth variations and underwater features provide plenty of opportunities for technical angling. The lake is well maintained, with secure swims and comfortable access for visitors. For anglers who like fishing waters that demand thought and adaptability, Lol’s Lagoon is a rewarding option.

In Solihull, Estate Lake offers 160 carp averaging 19–24lb with specimens up to 33lb. Four anglers can book this 2.5-acre water exclusively. Facilities include showers, toilets, power points, and a cosy lodge with log burner — ideal for hard work sessions in winter.

As part of our exclusive-hire offering, facilities include secure, fully fenced access with toilets (and 230v power points at selected locations) to keep sessions comfortable. Working with leading UK suppliers such as VS Fisheries, Mark Simmonds and AJS Fisheries, we’ve stocked over 1,100 carp.
