Hi, my name is Alan Hicks, I have turned my passion for carp and course angling into a successful fishery business with 12 lakes to date! With years of experience under my belt for entrepreneurship, I decided to take the plunge and build my own fishery business. Today, my vision has become a reality and our exclusive lake hire and syndicate waters are popular destinations for anglers from all over the UK.
I am a family man with four wonderful kids and a loving wife, Lorraine – who’s actively involved with the running of the fisheries. When I’m not running the fisheries, you can often find me with my nose buried in a book, exploring the fascinating worlds of history and non-fiction.
My key to the secret of success is simple; love what you do and always be willing to learn and improve. I’d like you all to join me on my journey, and discover the joy and excitement of carp angling like never before.
