Arrow Meadow Fishery Terms and Conditions
1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to purchases, memberships, bookings and attendance at Arrow Meadow Fishery, including:
- Carp syndicate memberships and subscription-based memberships
- Exclusive hire bookings
- One-off bookings or payments
- Any related access, facilities, services or products offered by Arrow Meadow Fishery
By purchasing a membership, placing a booking, renewing a subscription, attending the fishery or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
For the purpose of these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Arrow Meadow Fisheries Limited. “You”, “member”, “subscriber”, “angler” and “guest” refers to the person purchasing, booking, attending or using the fishery.
2. Memberships and Subscriptions
2.1 Membership Access
A syndicate membership gives the member access to the relevant Arrow Meadow Fishery venue or venues as stated at the time of purchase.
Membership access is personal to the member and cannot be transferred, sold, shared or assigned to another person without our written permission.
Membership does not give the member ownership rights, tenancy rights or any right to exclusive possession of the fishery or any part of it.
2.2 Membership Term
Your membership begins from the date and time your first payment is successfully made.
Depending on the membership selected or agreed, your membership may be paid:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Every six months
- Annually
The renewal period, price and payment frequency will be shown at the time of purchase or agreed with us in writing.
2.3 Minimum 12-Month Membership Commitment
All syndicate memberships are accepted on the understanding that the member is committing to a minimum membership term of 12 months, regardless of whether the membership is paid monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annually.
Membership places at Arrow Meadow Fishery are extremely limited and demand is significantly higher than availability, with approximately 12 people waiting for every available place. For this reason, members should only join if they are prepared to commit to their membership properly and maintain their place for the full minimum term.
Where a member cancels, stops paying, fails to renew or otherwise ends their membership before the minimum 12-month commitment has been completed, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel access immediately
- Refuse any refund
- Recover any outstanding sums due
- Refuse any future membership application
2.4 Cancellation After the First 12 Months
After the initial 12-month commitment has been completed, a member who wishes to leave must give written notice at least 28 days before their next payment is due.
Notice must be sent by filling in this form. Do not email, call or send messages via social media, the only way to start the cancellation process is by filling in the form here.
The notice should include the member’s reason for leaving.
Cancelling, leaving, stopping payments or failing to renew means the membership place may be offered to another person.
Members should understand that, due to limited availability and high demand, anyone who leaves or cancels their membership will most likely not be offered another place in the future.
We reserve the right to refuse any future membership application from a previous member at our sole discretion.
2.5 Automatic Renewals
Membership subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring payments to be taken from your chosen payment method at the renewal frequency selected or agreed.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and up to date.
2.6 Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to take payment again.
Access to the fishery may be suspended until payment is successfully received.
If payment remains unpaid, we reserve the right to cancel the membership, refuse access and offer the place to another person.
Where a payment fails, is reversed, cancelled or disputed without prior written agreement from us, we reserve the right to treat this as a breach of the membership terms.
2.7 Price Changes and Membership Costs
Arrow Meadow Fishery reserves the right to review, adjust and change membership costs at any time.
Where a price change applies to an active membership, the updated price will be reflected on the member’s next scheduled payment date, unless we state otherwise in writing.
For example, if you sign up on 28/05/2026 and agree to pay £215.00 every 3 months, your next payment would be due on 28/08/2026. If a price change is introduced before your next payment date, the new price would apply to that payment and to future payments thereafter.
We reserve the right to change our pricing structure, payment options and membership fees. Members will be notified in advance of any price changes.
If you do not wish to continue at the revised price, you must contact us in writing before your next payment is due. Any cancellation request remains subject to the minimum 12-month membership commitment, cancellation terms and refund terms set out in these terms and conditions.
2.8 Membership ID Cards
Members must carry and present their valid Membership ID Card when attending Arrow Meadow Fishery.
Failure to present a valid Membership ID Card when requested by management, bailiffs or authorised representatives will result in the member being asked to leave the venue until they are able to present their Membership ID Card.
Membership ID Cards are personal to the member and must not be shared, copied, transferred or used by any other person.
Allowing another person to use your Membership ID Card may result in immediate cancellation of your membership without refund and may prevent you from being offered membership again in the future.
2.9 Cancellation by the Member
You may request cancellation of your membership by giving written notice to us.
Notice must be sent by filling in this form. Do not email, call or send messages via social media, the only way to start the cancellation process is by filling in the form here.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal payments only where the cancellation is accepted in accordance with these terms.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current membership period.
2.10 Refunds on Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has started.
Where a member requests cancellation before the end of the current subscription term, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial refund for the unused part of the membership period.
No refund will be considered within the first 90 days of the membership term.
Where a discretionary partial refund is approved, we reserve the right to deduct a £75 administration fee from any refund amount.
Any refund calculation may be based on the number of unused days remaining in the current subscription term, but approval of any refund remains entirely at our discretion.
Setup fees, administration fees, joining fees, non-recurring charges and any other stated non-refundable charges will not be included in any refund calculation.

We may suspend or cancel a membership immediately if a member:
- Breaches these terms
