How it Works - Terms and Conditions
Congratulations on Your Willow Lake Syndicate Membership!
You’ve successfully passed the selection process. Here’s what happens next:
- Choose your payment plan:
- Every 3 months: £215
- Every 6 months: £425
- Annual: £850 *Management reserves the right to adjust membership fees at any time.
- Your membership begins instantly after your first payment
- Immediate access to venues
- You’ll receive an email with next steps
- Your chosen payment plan will automatically renew Example: If you start on May 2nd and choose the 6-month plan, your next payment of £425 will be on November 2nd
- Complete your membership setup
- Upload your photo (if not done already)
- Get your Membership ID Card
- Keep your ID Card available for our bailiffs to identify you
- Cancellation policy
- You can cancel anytime
- Cancelling immediately ends your access to syndicate venues
*Management reserve the right to adjust costs at any point. A price change will be reflected on your next payment date. For example, you signup and pay £250 on 16/02/2024 – your next payment would be due 16/08/2024. If there was a price change before the 16/08/2024, the change would be reflected on the upcoming payment.
**We have the right to change our pricing structure, you will be notified in advance of any price changes.
***Failure to present your Membership ID Card will result in you being asked to leave the venue, until you can present your ID card.

Absolutely! As we acquire new venues they will be added to our super ticket. You will have access to them as a super ticket holder, the moment we add them to our portfolio. This truly is fast becoming one of the Best Carp Lake Syndicates in the UK.

Yes!! Children aged 15 and under can fish for FREE and will be allowed one extra rod. Children MUST always be accompanied by a full member.
Yes, as we add more lakes to the SUPER Ticket
- Yes, you can purchase guest tickets once you're a member. You'll be able to purchase guest tickets for the venue(s) you are a member of.
- es! We have at least 1 peg, at all our venues, accessible to disabled anglers. Access is available through the gates to drive to allocated disability pegs, however, access will be restricted in the event of wet/freezing weather- making driving across terrain difficult/dangerous.

Yes! Maggots
We do not plan on using a booking system at present. You will be able to just turn up.
Yes! All our venues have ‘typical’ otter fencing. However, some venues also include parts, which are electric.
No! Any member found breaking this rule will have their membership revoked without refund.
