Arrow Meadow Fishery has spent over 10 years developing what we believe is one of the best Carp syndicate clubs in the U.K. and are now excited to develop our youth fishing syndicate to the same high standards as our adult club.
The Harry Moss Youth Ticket has been specifically designed for children aged 11-18 to provide a safe and social area for them to enjoy nature, improve their angling skills and fish top quality lakes in an atmosphere of friendship and respect.

Honouring the Life & Spirit of Harry Moss
Few young people made the impact Harry did.
Harry first visited the fishery with two of his closest friends, Fin and Ollie. The minute Harry walked onto the lake, you could see that he had so much energy, asked so many questions about what it takes to be successful at angling – how to set up your rod, how to bait your hook, what types of baits to use and how to properly care for the fish once you’ve caught them. He was always welcoming, easy to get along with, whether he was speaking with another adult or a junior angler and quickly became one of the community members of Arrow Meadow.
Alan, who fished with Harry many times, often said:
“That Harry – there’s just something about him.”
When Harry sadly passed away at just 14, the loss was felt across the entire fishery. His humour, kindness, passion for angling and the fun he brought to every swim left a mark that will never fade.
The Harry Moss Youth Ticket was created in his honour – ensuring that his spirit, energy and love for fishing continues to inspire junior members, the next generation of anglers.
Harry will always be part of our waters.
Youth Carp Fishing Syndicate Overview
Juniors 11 through 18 can apply for a youth ticket to fish on our youth carp syndicate. Prior experience is not required; all that is needed is a genuine desire to learn about the sport, an enthusiasm for spending time outside and an understanding of the rules and how to treat others who are also fishing.
Our youth carp syndicate has an emphasis on safety and all members will be expected to follow the rules and regulations of the syndicate and follow safety guidelines.
We want to provide an environment where young anglers can safely practice their angling; be able to go out and explore their surroundings and have fun while fishing. Many young anglers develop their skills with a parent, uncle, aunt or trusted adult who also has a syndicate membership (tho this is not required) – learning how to fish through spending time on the bank with their parent/uncle/aunt etc., and developing their skills in techniques, watercraft and fish care naturally and informally.
This allows our junior syndicate members to be mentored by more experienced anglers which will help them build confidence in their angling ability as well as creating new friendships.
This membership offers exciting opportunities for more juniors to get into angling and build confidence on quality waters.

Supporting Junior Anglers and the Next Generation of the Sport
The Harry Moss Youth Ticket plays an important role in helping junior anglers discover confidence, independence and new skills in the great outdoors. Many young anglers come to our lakes with a parent, uncle, aunt or family friend who already holds a syndicate pass, using that time on the bank to learn naturally, practise techniques and enjoy fishing in a safe and supportive environment.
The wider angling community in the UK encourages junior anglers into the sport. Families, responsible adults and experienced anglers across the country all play a vital role in showing and teaching children how to not only enjoy fishing, but how to handle tackle, care for fish properly and explore their interests in a healthy, positive way. Arrow Meadow supports that same mission by giving juniors a calm, secure fishery where they can practise with rods, reels, nets, hooks and bait while learning how fish behave in different conditions.
Early experiences like these will help juniors develop essential outdoor learning skills (that they will take forward into adulthood) – patience, observation, respect, water safety and understanding nature. We have seen many of them expand their interest beyond carp, discovering species such as pike, or asking questions about rivers, canals and different types of lakes. This desire to learn helps to further build confidence with them feeling part of the wider angling world.
We regularly share helpful updates, stories and useful tips through our latest blogs, giving juniors and parents extra guidance. It’s all part of supporting junior members, helping them join the sport with confidence and become capable anglers for years to come.
Who Can Join?
The youth ticket is open to juniors aged 11 – 18 who enjoy fishing, want to spend more time outdoors and appreciate peaceful, secure fisheries.
You’ll need a valid fishing licence (junior rod licence) and a willingness to follow syndicate rules.
Limited spaces will be available to maintain the relaxed and family orientated atmosphere which is one of the key reasons why so many people have chosen to join Arrow Meadow.
During busy periods, there may be a waiting list before joining.

We have a clear agenda for each of our lakes. Lower numbers of people on the water. Less noddys. Increased security and better fish - by better we mean quality, more of them and better condition.
You can become one of our members if you are an avid carp angler with a passion for catching carp and want to access high quality waters at preferential rates with low competition from other anglers in your area.
Absolutely! As we acquire new venues they will be added to our super ticket. You will have access to them as a super ticket holder, the moment we add them to our portfolio. This truly is fast becoming one of the Best Carp Lake Syndicates in the UK.

Yes!! Children aged 15 and under can fish for FREE and will be allowed one extra rod. Children MUST always be accompanied by a full member.
Yes, as we add more lakes to the SUPER Ticket
- Yes, you can purchase guest tickets once you're a member. You'll be able to purchase guest tickets for the venue(s) you are a member of.
- es! We have at least 1 peg, at all our venues, accessible to disabled anglers. Access is available through the gates to drive to allocated disability pegs, however, access will be restricted in the event of wet/freezing weather- making driving across terrain difficult/dangerous.

We do not plan on using a booking system at present. You will be able to just turn up.
Yes! All our venues have ‘typical’ otter fencing. However, some venues also include parts, which are electric.
